Property Services Manager
This position requires knowledge of all things property maintenance and repair. This includes but is not limited to carpentry, electrical, plumbing and general building repair, year-round grounds services (snow plowing, sanding and lawn maintenance) for both commercial and residential properties.
Applicants should have the following:
-A well-rounded expertise of property maintenance and repair.
-The ability to safely and effectively load, haul and operate heavy equipment.
-Leadership of a crew and ability to teach.
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Organizational and scheduling skills.
This is a hands-on management position: you will be working with your crew. This position is year-round with extended hours in the summer and during snow events in the winter. Work is primarily in the Mat-Su Valley with some work in Anchorage.
Applicants must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Class A CDL with current DOT physical is preferred. Pay rate is depending on experience and credentials. Performance bonuses and paid time off are available, as is Davis Bacon work. Tools are provided.
Class A CDL Driver/Tradesman
Class A CDL dump truck driver who has the skills and ability to perform other skilled trades when driving is not needed.
Most days you will be driving an end dump truck hauling material and equipment to and from job sites. Other days you could be helping with construction projects or doing truck maintenance.
Familiarity with the Mat-Su valley roads as well as gravel pits and product suppliers is important, but not required. Knowledge and skills in safely loading and hauling heavy equipment on a tag trailer is absolutely mandatory.
Applicant must have a current Class A CDL and DOT physical and at least 3 years of experience driving and hauling equipment. Pay rate is depending on experience and credentials. Performance bonuses and paid time off are available, as is Davis Bacon work. Tools are provided.
Laborer
Construction laborer needed for 2024 construction season. Work is primarily in the Mat-Su Valley with some work in Anchorage.
Applicant must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day. Pay rate is depending on experience and credentials. Performance bonuses and paid time off are available, as is Davis Bacon work. Tools are provided.
Hydroseed Technician
Hydroseed technician needed for the 2024 construction season. Work is primarily in the Mat-Su Valley with some work in Anchorage.
Applicant must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day. Previous experience with hydroseeding preferred but not required. Pay rate is depending on experience and credentials. Performance bonuses and paid time off are available, as is Davis Bacon work. Tools are provided.
