CDL DRIVER/SKILLED LABORER
We are seeking a motivated CDL Truck Driver who is also willing to assist with skilled labor tasks when not driving. This is a hands-on role—ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in both operating equipment and working on-site.
Responsibilities:
• Safely operate CDL vehicles to transport materials and equipment.
• Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
• Assist with job site tasks (construction, fencing, decking, general labor, etc.)
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow all DOT regulations and safety guidelines.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications:
• Valid CDL (Class A) No exceptions.
• Experience operating dump trucks and hauling heavy equipment.
• Willingness to perform physical labor or operate heavy equipment when not driving.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to operate and work efficiently.

Compensation: $30-50 per hour DOE

CARPENTER
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience framing buildings, fences, decks; forming for concrete construction, and can work independently or as part of a crew, and is committed to producing quality work.
Responsibilities:
• Framing buildings, fences, decks and their respective foundations.
• Construct decks, including framing, decking, railings, and steps.
• Read and interpret basic plans and measurements
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to high standards
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Qualifications:
• 5 years experience in house, fence and/or deck construction preferred
• Strong carpentry and concrete skills and basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and ventilation systems.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-site

Construction laborer needed for 2026 construction season. Work is primarily in the Mat-Su Valley with some work in Anchorage. Applicant must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day. Pay rate is depending on experience and credentials. Performance bonuses and paid time off are available, as is Davis Bacon work. Tools are provided.
Compensation: $20-30 per hour DOE
